Mobile notaries accept a variety of documents. A current driver's license, passport, non-driver's license ID or military ID is always acceptable. Note: Only U.S. issued identifications are acceptable forms of ID.

If a document is recorded with a government agency such as a Secretary of State's office, a County Clerk or a court, certified copies should be obtained from that agency. Mobile notaries cannot notarize these documents.

We accept a variety of payments. We take credit cards, checks or cash. 

A Notary Public is a person of proven integrity appointed by the state government to witness the signing of important documents, taking acknowledgements and/or affidavits and administering oaths.
The powers and duties of a notary public are to act as an official impartial witness, verifying that the person is who they claim to be, and that the person appeared before a notary. 
A Notary Signing Agent is a specialist in loan document signings. Notary signing agents help the borrowers execute their loan documents pertaining to signatures, initials, and completing some information within documents, when required.

No. All states prohibit non-attorneys from practicing law. A Notary can be held liable for any damages resulting from an incorrectly chosen certificate or notarization.
